Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and CouponFlint ("CouponFlint", "we", "us"), the operator of couponflint.com (the "Site"). They explain what you can expect from the Site and what we ask of you in return. By visiting the Site or using any of its features you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What CouponFlint Is

CouponFlint is a free coupon and deals directory. We collect, review, and publish promo codes, sales, and store information from third-party retailers so shoppers can compare offers before checkout. The Site may display:

• Coupon and promo codes
• Online deals and sale information
• Store profiles, savings guides, and editorial content
• Affiliate links to retailer websites
• Sponsored or featured placements, labelled as such

CouponFlint is not a store. We never sell the products or services shown on the Site, we do not process orders or payments, and every purchase you make happens on the retailer's own website under the retailer's prices, terms, and policies.

2. Eligibility

The Site is a general-audience resource and can be used without an account. By using it you confirm that you are able to form a binding agreement where you live. The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information - see our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
• Scrape, harvest, or republish Site content at scale without written permission
• Probe, disable, overload, or interfere with the Site's security or infrastructure
• Submit false, misleading, infringing, or malicious content through our forms
• Misrepresent your affiliation with CouponFlint, a retailer, or another person
• Circumvent or abuse coupon codes, offer terms, or affiliate tracking

We may restrict or block access, and remove content, where we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated.

4. Coupons, Deals, and Accuracy

Our editors verify codes before publishing and re-check live offers, but the offers themselves belong to retailers. Retailers create, change, restrict, and withdraw promotions at any time, sometimes without notice - a code that worked in the morning can be region-locked, capped, or expired by the afternoon. Everything on the Site is therefore provided for information only:

• We do not guarantee that any code, deal, price, or discount will work for your basket, region, or account
• The retailer's own checkout is the final word on whether an offer applies
• Offer descriptions summarize retailer terms but do not replace them

Always confirm the final price, discount, and terms on the retailer's site before paying.

5. Affiliate Links and Sponsored Placements

Many outbound links on the Site are affiliate links: if you click one and make a qualifying purchase, the retailer or its affiliate network may pay us a commission at no additional cost to you. Placements a partner has paid for are labelled Sponsored. Compensation never changes how we verify or describe offers. Our Affiliate Disclosure explains this in full.

6. Your Submissions

You can send us coupons, messages, and store ratings without creating an account. For anything you submit:

• You confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it
• You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to review, edit, publish, and remove it as part of running the Site
• We review submissions before publishing and may decline or remove any of them, including affiliate referral codes and personal codes tied to an individual account

Submissions pass through anti-spam measures (such as recording the sending IP address), as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site's editorial content, design, and code are owned by CouponFlint or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may link to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution; you may not copy substantial portions of the Site or present our content as your own.

Retailer names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. We display them only to identify the retailer an offer belongs to; their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement of CouponFlint.

8. Third-Party Websites

Offer links take you to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, prices, or policies. Your dealings with a retailer - including purchases, delivery, returns, and disputes - are between you and that retailer under its own terms and privacy policy.

9. Browser Extension

If you install the CouponFlint browser extension, these Terms apply to it as well. The extension shows published offers for the store you are viewing and acts only when you click; its store listing describes its data practices, and our Privacy Policy applies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any offer will be honored by a retailer.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CouponFlint will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, savings, or data, arising from your use of the Site or any offer published on it. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us to use it - which is zero, because the Site is free. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify CouponFlint against claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to the Site and These Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; the "Last updated" date on this page identifies the current version, and changes take effect when posted. Using the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where CouponFlint operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, please contact us first at support@couponflint.com - most issues can be resolved quickly and informally.
